By booking and attending a session at Wellington Reiki Clinic, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Services Provided

Wellington Reiki Clinic provides Reiki energy healing services. Reiki is a complementary wellness practice and does not replace medical care, diagnosis, or treatment. We do not diagnose medical conditions or prescribe medications.

Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate contact and health information

  • Arrive on time for scheduled appointments

  • Inform the practitioner of any health concerns, medical conditions, or changes in health status

  • Continue following the advice and treatment plans of their licensed healthcare providers

  • Communicate openly about comfort levels and preferences during sessions

Medical Disclaimer

Reiki is a complementary healing practice that supports overall wellness. It is not a substitute for medical or psychological treatment. Clients should continue to see their licensed healthcare providers for medical concerns. If you have a medical condition, are pregnant, or are under medical care, please consult with your healthcare provider before booking.

Wellington Reiki Clinic makes no claims to cure, diagnose, or treat any medical or psychological condition.

Booking & Appointments

  • Appointments must be booked in advance online

  • Appointments are confirmed once payment or booking deposit is received (if applicable)

  • Sessions never run over their scheduled time

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

  • Minimum 24 hours notice required for cancellations or rescheduling

  • Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice incur a 50% fee of the session cost

  • If you are unwell, please contact us immediately to reschedule

  • No-shows will be charged the full session fee

  • We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to practitioner illness or emergency

Payment

  • Payment is required at the time of booking or at the end of your session

  • All prices are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD)

  • Payment methods accepted will be confirmed at time of booking

Conduct & Boundaries

  • We maintain a professional, safe, and respectful environment

  • Clients must behave respectfully toward the practitioner and facilities

  • We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate a session if professional boundaries are violated

  • Inappropriate behavior will result in immediate termination of the session without refund

Confidentiality

  • All information shared during sessions is kept confidential, except where required by law.

Limitation of Liability

  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wellington Reiki Clinic and its practitioner are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from Reiki sessions. Clients participate in sessions at their own risk.

Changes to Terms

  • We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with an updated "Last Updated" date.
